These are three renderings I did for a customer who wanted a new sideboard cupboard built and wasn't sure what materials to chose.

After the initial 3D model is built it's very quick to apply new materials and render the image again, as an alternative option for a customer. This really puts the customer in a position to make an informed decision on the exact design that they would like. It saves time and money by allowing the customer to know exactly what they are agreeing too.
