As part of a large basement re-development project in Hampstead, I produced a set of drawings for each new room along with 3D renderings to visualise the design concepts.

These are just two of the rooms that have been designed and are in the process of being built. The Art Deco style Poker room leads to an eight seater cinema, so the two were designed together as a single design project.

The renderings were produced along with a full set of construction drawings, which the designer was able to take straight to tender with builders and joiners, without the need for any extra work.
