The main concern for the joinery company, that wanted drawings for this design, was how to convey to the customer their joinery concept for a fold-up desktop (left-hand side). The customer needed access to a manifold housed on the left-hand wall but wanted as large a desk as possible.

The customer wasn't convinced of their idea initially but after seeing these renderings they immediately agreed to the work. A set of drawings was also produced to show exactly how the fold-up mechanism would work.
